1. Los Angeles Giltinis (LW: 1)
The biggest question left in their season is when they’ll lock down the top seed.
2. Rugby United New York (LW: 3)
A strong bounce back against a sneaky good New England side bumps them back up.
3. Rugby ATL (LW: 4)
This team has quietly become a really contender. If they can upset LA this week, next week’s top pick will be easy.
4. Austin Gilgronis (LW: 2)
There’s no shame in losing to LA, but their attack just couldn’t convert. They’ve almost certainly conceded the top seed.
5. Utah Warriors (LW: 5)
Tied with Austin on the table, I still can’t bring myself to believe.
6. Toronto Arrows (LW: 6)
They needed the bye. Hopefully the rest will set them right.
7. NOLA Gold (LW: 8)
After being absolutely embarrassed, the reminded us that they can win so long as they play slow.
8. San Diego Legion (LW: 11)
After one win and a bye, it seems the hype train is starting for San Diego. They’re starting to get healthier. With Austin and Utah going head to head this week, and the Legion set to play Houston, it’s the perfect week to move into striking distance of the contenders.
9. New England Free Jacks (LW: 7)
The wheels haven’t came off, but there is a noise and it’s making people nervous.
10. Old Glory DC (LW: 10)
Listen. This tan would seriously contend a couple years ago. But even if they’re not far off the top, which four teams do you expect them to jump?
11. Houston SaberCats (LW: 9)
The management in Houston needs to do a serious top to bottom assessment of the franchise after the season.
12. Seattle Seawolves (LW: 12)
Allen Clarke is officially the head coach. Despite having two shields in the trophy case, Seattle is now more professional than they’ve ever been.
